Veggie Pizza Appetizer
1 cup
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese,
softened
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing
mix
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 cups fresh broccoli, finely chopped
1 carrot, grated
Preheat your oven to 350
degrees F). Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray. Make a crust with
the crescent roll dough by laying it out across the pan and connect any
pieces/seems. Bake the crust for 10 minutes,
and then let it cool to room temp. In a mixing
bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese, dill weed, and ranch dip mix. Spread
this mixture on top of the crust, and arrange veggies on top. Cut and serve. This recipe is great for parties.
